Thank you to all who attended the 2019 New York City South Regional Final at Monroe Township Middle School, and congratulations to all our Nationals and Worlds Qualifiers!
Thanks also to Sarah Ponsini for hosting and to all of the staff who helped make this tournament possible!
Links to the final standings are posted below. We hope that we will get to see all of the qualifiers for the National Championships this June 7 through 10 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Rosemont, Illinois, next to Chicago.
National History Bee and Bowl
Qualifiers in the National History Bee may also form teams to play in the National History Bowl with other students from the same school. Those other players do not need to have qualified to attend Nationals on their own.
US Academic Bee and Bowl
US Academic Bee qualifiers may likewise form teams to compete in the US Academic Bowl with other students from the same school who do not need to have qualified to attend Nationals on their own.
International Geography Bee and US Geography Olympiad
Students who have qualified for Nationals on a Geography Exam may compete in both the US Geography Olympiad, an exam-based competition, and the International Geography Bee, a buzzer-based competition.
National Science Bee
Science Bee qualifiers will, of course, be able to compete in the Science Bee at Nationals.
National Humanities Bee
Any students who have qualified for any event at Nationals are also invited to compete in the National Humanities Bee. Be aware, however, that the National Humanities Bee will be held at the same time as the US Geography Olympiad, and students will not be able to compete in both.
Thank you again for your support of our competitions, and we hope to see you in June at Nationals in Chicago and for many years to come!
